300 South Wacker Building Logo

Kay Wharton Massow designed this property logo for the 300 South Wacker Building. By working from a photograph of the building a simple line representation of the building was made. The condensed Garamond font was used for the "300" element while a wide block style was chosen for the "SOUTH WACKER DRIVE" type to contrast with the tall narrow symbol graphic and give it a foundation. The logo was used on pre-leasing brochure, pocket folder, and event invitations.
